Amazing bill and his crew did such a wonderful job on chemical cleaning soft wash my roof it was so black within one hour. The roof was back to brand new condition. The chemical works instantly and all my plants survive protected them properly and ordered them cleaned my black mildew driveway and sealed it the color was amazing and lifetime guaranteed Bricks never turn white because he used the right seal of that allows the moisture to escape the bricks. He’s very knowledgeable of his products. I’ll be using you again and telling my neighbors.

Bill did our roof it came out great he covered our bushes I was very impressed with his work He also did our driveway he cleaned it and then he sealed it he brought our driveway back to looking new again so glad he told us about this He did a great job on our lani as well I will have him come back to seal our pavers on the lani I can’t get over how beautiful they come out he really knows his stuff and takes pride in his work
We were out of state when we got one of those "Love Letters" from our oh-so friendly HOA. A search showed that Paradise Roof Cleaning had many 5 star reviews. I I filled out the contact form and Billy called back shortly, gave me a price over the phone and scheduled it for Monday. He and his crew did a great job despite our roof being steep and high, sent videos and photos of the results. Great job and service, I highly recommend Paradise!
Billy and his team did an amazing job on my roof, driveway and exterior wash. Billy is very professional and responsive. I’m a plant lover. They used plastic to cover all my flower beds and after that they rinsed the plants to make sure your plants are nice and clean. Highly recommended if you need a quality exterior wash service. 👍
Billy helped restore our home and has it sparkling. Our lanai including pavers & birdcage needed a lot of attention and they now look great. We also had Billy tackle the paved driveway, paved walkway to front door and paved front patio. In addition the roof edges and portions of the stucco needed cleaning as well. They all look amazing. I also appreciated that Billy took the time to educate me on the best methods to kill and clean mildew on pavers, stucco and metal surfaces. They also helped moved all the heavy patio furniture out of the way as we prepped for the work to be done. Beyond that, I appreciated that they took special care to not damage the many delicate flowers and bushes in our landscaping around the house. Thanks for being thorough, responsive and respectable. I'm very happy we have this project done and we can enjoy the restored beauty of our outdoor living spaces!

Billy is a very friendly guy that takes pride in his work. But his friendliness does not take away from his profession performance. When he leaves, he leaves a clean look better than you could have imagined and with no damage or mess. William is very knowledgeable and cleaned all our screens and house with chemicals he did not use a power washer the chemicals work so much better he took his time to cover all the bushes so the chemicals did not get on them also the roof came out unbelievable it has been cleaned in the past from other roof companies and it looked so much brighter and colorful when he did it with the chemicals and he always called right away and was on time of our scheduled appointment thanks William for making our home like new and clean again
Billy and his team did an excellent job for us. They pressure washed our roof, washed and sealed patio pavers, screens and driveway. They now look brand new again! They are not only professional but showed up on time every day until the work was completed. I highly recommend this company.

Billy and his team did a fantastic job on my entire house. They brought it back to life. I never thought my roof, pavers and house could look so good again. I had then seal the pavers after they were cleaned and they look like new. So glad. I had them come out. They were professional, on time and made the whole process go so smooth.
